[LFG] [D&D 5e] New Player, looking to learn the essentials kit in one or more (short) games. More info inside...

Hello everyone! My (nick)name is Bobby Zig, ( UTC/GMT +1 hour) I am looking for a way to play and learn D&D as I am 100% new to this game. I have bought the D&D essentials kit and I am reading the rules and adventure book right now. In the future I would like to DM a one on one session with a friend and use the sidekicks as they are introduced in the essentials kit. (And follow the story from the essentials kit) But for now I am looking for a group or DM that will teach me the basics just by playing some D&D as a player and create my first character. I am not looking for a longtime campaign or a weekly gathering for a very long period of time. I would just like to play some shorter games in one or more sessions. My preference goes out to official D&D module stuff instead of homebrew story and rules. So maybe we can play a few quests from the essentials kit as a stand alone game? We just make a nice beginning and ending to this with our minds :) If you want to get together for one or more casual sessions to teach me what it's all about then hit me up. Evening time is always best but first let me find a DM or group that is open for this type of play, after that I will adjust my schedule so I can join. Bobby Zig,

Thanks for the reply! I have taken a look at you're game. Looks very nice but I think for me it will be a little too late. If I am correct you will start on thursday at 23.30 local time here. (I'm i n GMT +1 ) If we then play a 4 hour session I will be up almost all night :) If I am incorrect about this  please let me know. Otherwise maybe I see you again in the future on Roll20!
