Is it possible to use the Roll20 D&D5e character sheet as the beginning of a custom sheet

I'm a web technologies developer of many years. I'd really like to contribute, if possible, to the D&D5e sheet. At the very least, I'd like to be able to personalize and tweak the style and behaviors for my own games. While I see most of the Roll20 sheets in the Roll20 github, I cannot seem to find the D&D5e sheet by Roll20. Is it not available? Or am I just missing something?
