DnD 5e Roll20 Sheet Glitch

Situation: During game, the character sheet one player was using seemed to randomly closed. When it was re-opened, the sheet was gone and only showing the Advantage toggle buttons. The background and attribute tabs were still there and working, but the sheet... kaput. All of the other sheets in the game are still working fine. Components: The character was a multiclassed character; I mention it because they're the only one in the game. We were using the Ghosts of Saltmarsh game package.  Screenshot:

It happens to me sometimes too, but refreshing the page fixes.

As the player of the affected character, I can say that refreshing the page does not fix the issue. I have cleared my cache, tried different browsers, and different PCs on different networks. Same problem.

I even tried duplicating the sheet, changing the game to a different sheet template and back, and transmogrifying the sheet into a different game... none of those worked.

Unless a Charactermancer flag has been badly set (which is unlikely, given the symptoms) this will probably require Dev intervention. I would suggest filing a  Help Center Request .
