Werebear Lycanthropy Curse

I have a player cursed with Lycanthropy from a werebear. According to the Monster Manual, when the player polymorphs into a bear or bear/human hybrid his strength goes to 19, he gets a +1 to AC and his speed changes to 30 (he's a dwarf). He was asking me if there's a button I can create so when he's in bear form he just needs to hit the button and the strength, AC and speed stats will change.  Anyone know how I could so this? I've searched through the forums and probably just don't don't know the right terms to search with.
To change any stats dynamically you will need to use the API (Pro level feature). Macros can't adjust any attributes/stats. However, an alternative is that you could just create a second character sheet for the werebear, set the stats, and give the player control.  Then when he transforms he can just pull out the token for the werebear and have correct stats.  If you look up druid wildshape issues you'll find a lot of the same approaches.
Not the speed, but if you're using the 5e by Roll20 sheet, you can create an inventory item, in the Mods line put Strength: 19, AC +1 It can be equipped and unequipped with a click (thanks to the new change on how to equip inventory items) and the stats will change based on that.
Thanks, guys. Great suggestions. I'm going the magic item route. Seems most simple.
