Player Kicked From Game, But Also Not???

So a couple problems have revealed themselves in my roll20 game and I am in no way knowledgeable about roll20 enough to fix them. Apparently, I must have accidently kicked a player. However, even when I re-invite them personally in all ways I can (direct email invite, new link, direct invite from the game listing, etc.) they cannot rejoin and see a "Not Authorized" message. Yet the plot thickened after I discovered that in the game journal, I actually see their profile as being able to be added to character sheets, handouts, etc. There is no indication of them being in the game other than in the journal. I have searched far and wide to try and fix this, and have even gone so far as to make a Copy of the game and even that did not work. Please, someone more knowledgeable help because I am so very lost on what happened.
