Map Layers are Disappearing

For starters, I am new to Roll20 so it could be an issue on my end, but I haven't been able to find the source of this issue.  I am making a campaign on my PC at home. Occasionally at work, I will log onto the server from my Surface to edit on my breaks. For the last week I have had no issues adding layers, tokens, setting up Dynamic Lighting, etc. from my Surface. When I get home I can see the updates on my PC. However, yesterday I logged on at work and the map layers for several of my pages were gone. My tokens all sat on blank pages. The icons for these pages were gone as well.  The night before, I did delete several images from my Art Library because it was getting clunky, but the files were still saved on my PC. Could this have caused the issue? The strange thing was when I got home that evening, everything looked fine on my PC. It was only corrupted on my Surface.  I redownloaded all the missing map layers and fixed the pages. And then again this morning I log on and my Landing Page was missing the map layer. I made no changes to that page or my Art Library between yesterday and this morning.  Any ideas? *This morning I tried creating a separate account and logging into the campaign as a player on my Surface. The Landing Page is blank to the Player's view.  Thank you for any help!

Hi Joseph! I think we're on the same page saying this problem is related to your Surface as I gladly see everything works fine on your PC :)  Usually these kind of problems are caused by the browser you use to log in to our website. So I can invite you to carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) If you need additional information on how to capture a console log we have additional information here: Submitting a Console Log in Firefox Submitting a Console Log in Chrome Hope this helps! Feel free to get back to this message in case you need more assistance :) Thank you!
I just tried those steps and they did not work. I'll post my console log.  Thanks for reaching out!
If you deleted the art from you Art Library on R20, then yes that has something to do with it. R20 does not access your system to get art files; they need to be in R20. If you want to organize your art on R20, go to the Art Tab (above chat box) and create a filing system using folders. When you put the new item on the splash page, did you put it on the GM layer? If so, a player in the game can not see it. Check your current active layer by using the floating toolbar on the left side of the screen (second button down). Use that to set the active layer. You can move a drawing/token between layers by making your active layer the same one the art is on, right click the art (will give you a bounding box) and click "Layer" on the pop up menu. Select the layer you want to be on. Splash page and Maps normally go on the "Map" layer. Tokens on the Object Layer. GM only things on GM layer, and lighting boundries on Dynamic Light Layer (If you have appropriate subscription).
