I already put in a support request, but the only response I had was an email on the 6th saying someone would "be in contact with me shortly". I think we must have different ideas of shortly. I sent a follow-up a few days later to check in, but to no avail. I bought the Pathfinder 2e APG (or at least tried to). I paid using PayPal, but then at the very last step I got an error saying there was a problem at the Roll20 server level (I wish I had grabbed a screenshot, but I did not.) It appeared that the order had not gone through, so I went back and started again from the beginning. Interestingly, the price was different the second time, marked down to $38 instead of $49. I thought maybe I had caught it in the middle of an update for a sale, so I figured it could have been good luck that it didn't go through. I went through the order process again, and once again it failed with the same error at the end. This time, however, it was immediately followed up by two emails confirming both payments had cleared through PayPal. I didn't get to have the APG compendium access for my group's character building session, but I figured I would at least get it cleared up before we began our games. Now here I am getting ready to play, still with no APG even though I've paid almost $90. I would love to hear back, even if it is just "oh, we see that there was a problem, we are looking into fixing it" or even "Hmm, the order doesn't show on our end, please resolve it with PayPal and then try it again". I don't want to go straight to PayPal and file a dispute, because I think this can probably be worked out better with you guys at Roll20, and I still want to get the compendium access. I love Roll20, but I am feeling incredibly frustrated right now. Rant over. Hopefully someone gets nudged to update me. Thank you.
