This isnt really practical to do with editing sheets, if you use the main 5E sheet, as the public sheet code is pretty old. If you'd want quick ways to add custom spells, magic items, feats or similar to their sheets, you'd be best to write up API commands with APIs like ChatSetAttr. Whatever you do, it's impossible to maje your custom content to be available in the charactermancer or the Roll20 Compendiums. If you want to edit how the sheet works, you're in for a hard time as the sheet is pretty complex.
