The make it to Neverwinter city safely and head for the Driftwood tavern run by Madame Rosene, to stay over night. Roqar, while laying a gold piece on the counter for whiskey, that’s 3 coppers a glass, asks Madame Rosene about a room and finds out it’s 1 gp a night and includes breakfast. Madame Rosene, inquires about what brings them to town and if they have seen the green dragon that is making the city edgy. Roqar mentions they are in town to sell some stuff and find some magical help with other things but no one in the party has witnessed the green dragon yet. Willie, buys whiskey for everyone else in the party. Madame Rosene points out When the lizardman wizard, to Roqar, saying that he might be able to help the party out. So Roqar goes over to him inquiring if he can detect and identify magical items as well as open magically locked chest. When the wizard tells her that he is unable to do what she ask but could make an item or creature bigger or smaller. When, then mentions he could do research on the item in the city’s library. Madame Rosene mentions that there are plenty of other wizards in the city, known as the council of the Many Starred Cloak; Ophala Cheldarstorn, Gyrion, Kabal, Lukan & Nostura. The city is run by them more than by Lord Nasher Alagondar. When the wizard, asks to see an item that needs to be identified and Roqar hands him the great sword found in one of the shipwrecks. He proceeds to smell, taste and touches the sword with his ear. Rolling an arcane check of 20, he is able to discern the sword is of dwarven craftsmanship, made by a well known forger  from Gauntlgrym, that wizards sought out to craft magical weapons for them. When, offers the others to tag along to the library but winds up going alone. Roqar , ask Madame Rosene about a place for gambling and she points her to a place, and Roqar goes there looking for a fence operation. While, playing blackjack at a table Roqar inquires to the dealer about, if he knows of merchants that buy or sell stuff that may be worth more to someone else. The dealer points her to the market square in town, then mentions if she’s looking for a guild to find Elwin the bookseller there. Once there, Elwin informs her to head to Whiskey Dick’s tavern and inquire there, which she does. Dolores, copies the spider climb spell into her own spellbook and then tagged along with Roqar to  the market square to buy spell components. Roqar, goes alone to Whiskey Dick’s. Roqar goes there the following morning looking for Gwendolyn the owner, and says to her, “I’m  looking for a particular club so that my doing business here won’t cut into the clubs business.” Gwendolyn tells her she came to the right place and it’s 5 gold pieces a month to join. Roqar pays the 5 gp and tells her that she may have some items to sell in a day or so, as she is with a group of adventurers in town inquiring about things acquired. Gwen tells her when she brings the items in, they will look into it for her. Before, When heads off to the library Farren, lets When have a look at the cloak from the wreck. When does the same routine with it as he did with the sword. When, rolls a 17 on an arcane knowledge check and discerns that it was made by a wizard that specialized in making fancy magical capes for people. Farren, goes outside the city walls into nearby woods to gather plants, of which he finds enough for 5 bundles. When, goes to the library and finds that this particular cape is called the cloak of many fashions. The cloak is able to change the style, color and apparent quality of the garment and that it’s weight never changes. Regardless of it’s appearance, it can’t be anything but a cloak. It could be made to look like other magical cloaks but cannot gain their magical properties. When could not find any information on the sword other than a book naming some of the dwarven forgers in Gauntlgrym. Farren went into the Protector’s enclave part of Neverwinter city, looking for the building where the Council of the Many Starred Cloak, would likely do their daily city management business and after being greeted by a servant at the door is told that Ophala Cheldarstorn, is available. Farren is lead into a guest chamber waiting room, and offered some tea to drink, of which he drinks, while waiting. When Ophala, arrives, Farren is lead into her office where, he shows here the magically locked chest. Ophala mentions she does have a spell prepared that could unlock it and is seen to cast a dispel magic, as she utters the magic words and does some somatic motions. Ophala, then tries the lock and the lid comes open. Inside is a black cloth wrapped around something and she removes the item, unwrapping it to reveal a rod of some sort with galloping horses sculpted at both ends and a button at one end. Ophala presses the button and next thing she knows is that it remains fixed in mid-air, where she holds it, even after letting go of it. Ophala grasps the rod again and presses the button. It’s able to be moved again an she wraps it back up and places it back in the chest. She tells Farren, she’s not sure what you could use it for. Farren thanks her for her time and pays here the 10 gold pieces, telling her it was found in an old abandoned mansion, (The woodland manse in the Neverwinter woods which the anchorites of Talos occupied). Farren questions Ophala on the Green Dragon before he leaves. She tells him they get reports daily since it is known to reside in Thundertree to the east, but that the White Dragon has not been seen up this way yet. The next day, they head for Thundertree, a small town ruined by the eruption of Mt. Hotenow, to visit Reidoth the Druid. Gradually, the trail becomes an old, overgrown lane winding between dilapidated buildings choked in vines and brush. Ahead of you, in the middle of the settlement, rises a steep hill, upon which stands a stone tower with a partially collapsed roof and an adjoining cottage. A dirt road hugs the base of the hill and wends its way between old stone houses, many of which are roofless ruins with interiors open to the weather. Other buildings appear more or less intact. The whole place is eerily silent.

You see an old sign that says, “DANGER! Plant Monsters and Zombies! Turn Back Now! Only now, Plant Monsters and Zombies has been crossed out and replaced with Green Dragon! They arrive at Reidoth’s house, Roqar Knocks on the door: This small house appears to be in better condition than the ruined and dilapidated structures nearby. The doors are reinforced with heavy iron bands, and thick shutters protect the windows. Reidoth answers through the door, that is is still here and in one piece, after Roqar’s inquiry . Roqar informs him it’s her with her adventuring friends. Reidoth open the door and they begin talking about the green dragon. Reidoth seeing the party wants to deal with the green dragon, says, “Good Luck with that.” He doesn’t know the dragon’s name yet and that that nutty group, (The Cult of the Dragon), follows it, Doing his beck and call or they asks favors of it in returns for rewards. Because of the rumored magics in the Neverwinter woods, the party asks Reidoth if he would help them find where the Cragmaw goblins are. Reidoth says, “ Ah, yes, those pesty creatures have been ambushing folks along the High road and Triboar Trail. I would not doubt they are in league with the anchorites of Talos. They should be living in an old ruined castle in the Neverwinter woods almost due south of that old haunted manor where that paladin and & family lived”. He also believes Talos is behind it all, helping the goblins as well.   The party has traveled that way before and never noticed any ruins in the area.
