Torpedoes! Are you a Captain Kirk Type? Maybe you see yourself more as
Picard? Or perhaps you fancy yourself as Janeway? Pfff… I don’t care, you Mak'dar!
I’ll take your ship as a war trophy and have you in chains before the Imperial Command! Too much? Should I dial it back a bit… ? Yea, yea maybe just
a bit. Starfleet Battles is a Ship on Ship tactical combat game
based in the Star trek Universe. The time frame is set from, The Original Series
and flows right through the Wrath of Khon and continues far beyond. The usual
suspects are all here (Starfleet, Klingons and Romulans). But others too like
Gorns, Tholions, the Kzinti and Lyerains are all here as well. Are you tired of
seeing TV and movies blow it with their horrible portrayal of tactical
situations? (notable exception: Wrath of Khon) But now, YOU will be in charge. With
SFB critical systems won’t just conveniently drop “off line” due to crappy
writers. Nope, you’re going to have to fight your way out of these scenarios… BECAUSE
I WILL RAIN DISRUPTOR FIRE DOWN UPON YOU THAT WOULD MAKE KAHLESS HIMSELF CRINGE!
