Vision cones

Ok, I think this is the forum for this. It's mostly a question of "how do I do this thing?" The thing in question is displaying something from my monster tokens to let players know WHERE a monster is looking.  So, set up is this; I want to bring a bit of a metal gear solid style gameplay to one of my encounters, involving specific patrol paths, vision cones, etc. And to facilitate the gameplay, I want my players to know exactly where those monsters are looking as they move. Now, I've used this encounter for in person play and it's been fine cause like, sure, I'll draw their vision cones; but I was wondering if there is either a method to set up like, say, a visible aura cone, or to link a cone token to a beastie's token, and if so, how would I do it?
I think The Aaron's Weapon Arcs script would do just what you want for the vision cone. There's also a Patrol Script by Matt for the pathing (I think there are other patrol scripts as well)

API Scripter
Edit: ninja'd - didn't know about that script! Has to be way easier to just use that! I am super inexperience with tokes as far as API goes but I know you could take an image like the one below and link it to the movements of another token and account for rotations. I just made a random triangle one but it can be any shape. Its a transparent png with the top of the triangle centered on the image and is about 10 squares wide.
