Switch Case

Is it possible to set up a Switch case macro? For example, My OPath of Wild Magic Barbarian needs to roll a d8 every time I rage to figure out the effect. It would be a lot easier to be able to combine the roll and the subsequent selection and need something like a Switch case statement for this.

Put all eight items into the table with a weight of 1 and call it as you rage with "[[ 1t[Wild-Magic] ]]". This will output the result of the item after simulating a d8 dice roll. Query macros exist but inputs for them have to be manually entered or selected.
