Endless loading session + permanent blurry backgrounds

Hey, i have a problem with roll20 and i cant find any solutions by google.  Since 2 weeks my Roll20 Session (both, mine i started and those i joined) wont stop loading, theres always this loading circle in the roll20 tab of my browser. This wont bother me if the maps / backgrounds would still load properly but no, they keep being blurry, even if i leave them like this for 4 Hours, they wont get normal. (no, 4 hours is not a joke or a exaggeration, my tuesdays sessions take 4 hours, and the forrest beckground looks like green soup...) Thank you for helping me!

That's definitely not normal behavior. If you don't see any solutions here, I would suggest going through the Troubleshooting Steps I'll post below and sending the Console Log from step 4 to Roll20 in a  Help Center Request . Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Weird question, but you aren't by any chance playing in Germany and using Telekom for your provider , are you?
