So I am just seeing if there is interest first before developing the idea further. I currently have nearly every DnD game book that is officially published. Players can be like Blood Hunter or other sub-classes currently out. I am torn between starting at level 3 or level 5. Stats would be 4d6 drop the lowest from each roll and arrange as desired, you would roll 2 separate arrays and choose the better set. Stats below 10, become a 10. Just as with classes and sub-classes the same applies to races with published player stats. While I am using the traditional alignment system I also want each player to consider their characters primary color attunement and a secondary one which defines that alignment further. (example White/Red for Chaotic Good). As for my game idea. The group has just awakened their planeswalker sparks, but currently inconsistent with it. Meaning they are not able to leave where the game is starting. I envision the game moving between Ravnica, Theros, the Plane Shift PDFs, Faerun and Wildemount. There has been a plane of fundamental evil that has long been sealed by both the legions of Baator and the hordes of the Abyss with the high heavens watching over the sealed realm as well to ensure it can never break free. When their sparks awakened and they were thrown free of the moorings that bound them for so long it weakened the seals of this plane. Enough that they were able to batter against the gates and crack their prison that held them since time immemorial. Now this profane and insidious faith is free. Lesser entities of this realm are escaping constantly and as the cracks go larger, and the prison walls crumble larger and more powerful entities can come free. So the PCs will be drug into the middle of this conflict that stems from the Blood War and the war between Good and Evil. Law and Chaos. Something about the characters and the moment their sparks ignited that weakened the seals on the prison. The PCs awaken to find themselves in a tower at the center of a green field with golden grains blowing in the clear blue sky. A perfect temperature with a cool and gentle breeze. They find themselves upon awakening on a bed set into an alcove. They all share a common space. While they are under guard they are not prisoners or in jail. So that is where they would start is at this tower. They've come from many different planes potentially. A few could already know each other or related in some fashion, the choice is yours in that regard.
