Boot Hill 3E Character Sheet

Hi, I am trying to locate a 3rd ed version of the Boot Hill character sheet. The sheet itself is pretty straight forward with a few Basic Stats. Strength Coordination Observation Stature Luck Some Weapon skills that modify the Coordination Score. The Coordination skill is the most complicated but I am looking to have manual fields for the varying attack approaches: Steady, HipShot and Fanfire stat. Then some open skill fields that don't have any associated stats

About 2-3 months ago there was a sheet on here...so I organized a game went to make the game and its gone....(or i amTOTALLY mistaken lol)

I had thought there was a Boot Hill v3 character sheet. Can't figure why it was taken down.
