Don't know what I am doing wrong - no maps, monster tokens

I bought the Rime of the Frost Maiden Bundle and created a new campaign.  However, when I try to change maps from a city to an encounter nothing loads. I have the free account in roll20. I can see all the maps that came with the bundle but I can't navigate to any of them. I tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox and no luck. How do I get my maps to load so I can add tokens???
