Forbidden Lands – one shot
What is it about?
Forbidden Lands is a
new take on classic fantasy roleplaying with the Year Zero Engine. The players
are not so much heroes sent on missions dictated by others - instead, they are
raiders and rogues bent on making your own mark on a cursed world. The world
was overwhelmed by a deadly mist and is now slowly recovering, while the mist
withdraws. The players will discover lost tombs, fight terrible monsters,
wander the wild lands and, if they live long enough (and if this was not a one
shot), have the chance to build an own stronghold to defend.
This
seems a little bit related to “Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay”.
How?
I plan to offer this
roleplaying one shot session either in English or in German (depends on
participants preference). Discord for Audio, Roll20.net for the materials (at
least, that is the plan). No video. Please be friendly and lenient and try to
make this a good experience for everybody. I am not very experienced with the
systems, the settings and Roll20. I have some GM experience. We will use the
respective Quickstart and an Adventure from the Quickstart preferably (please
indicate if you already played that).
When?
The session is
scheduled for 18:30/19:00 to 23:59 GMT+1 (Berlin time), with some breaks.
