[D&D 3.5] Looking for 3-4 players of all experience levels. Homebrew setting balanced RP and combat story driven game CL3 start play until 20+

My name is Luther and I will be DMing a 3.5 adventure that potentially could go to epic levels depending on the game's interest. I have a Sunday game running while I am in New Zealand currently lv 17 going to at least level 23, but it is 5e. I miss 3.5 rules quite a bit. Enough about me, lets talk about what you need to know. I am dedicated to balanced games making sure that you do get your fare share of RP as RP can earn you a lot of xp in my games. RP only games can be dual, so expect combat. when you have a good balance of both, the game becomes a thrill. I am not a push over in RP or Combat so expect to be challenged, but not picked on and no i am not driven to defeat your mighty characters, just test their limits as individuals and members of the party. Nonetheless I am story driven, but your entertainment comes first thus i will build the story around each and every character, so backstory is very important here. All D&D core and official supplements are legal, including libris mortis, lord of madness, and even psionics handbook. ***Extraplanar races are not valid choices*** However you may choose any one of the following in addition to the core races (except halfling); goblin, red/green/grey orc (no light sensitivity), hobgoblin, wild elf, painted elf, ogre, drow, Duergar, Yaun-ti pureblood, Lizardfolk (regular: darkscale, poison dusk, and tree raker (homebrew deinonychus/velociraptor breed), Neanderthal, uldra, phoelarch, and gnoll. Please note that humans native to the setting's region are african, polynesian, inuit, native American, and it is feasible but extremely unlikely that Norse, chinese, and korean can be found here. CL3 to start. I require a backstory explaining why you are that level and what brought on your choice to; 1 pursue these levels and abilities & 2; your reasoning to become an adventurer. I am going to be attempting to stray away from giving magic items... however, i have bigger and better "treasures" that the players will be obtaining. Feats, skill bonuses, skill tricks, skill ranks, abilities (originally from classes, monster, and even homebrewed), property, followers, special mounts, afflictions, and more. i will also be including unique options for mwk equipment ans pretty open minded in terms of alchemy (potions, oils, and the like are alchemical no matter the ingredients used) At the time of the current game -which is considered year 0 currently- the part of the world the game will take place in is quite primitive and barbaric. Civilized regions belong to the wild elves, red orcs, the grey orcs, the Yaun-ti, and the drow (reigning over the Underdark's Underway, a road under the Atlantic Ocean equivalent leasing to the more thoroughly developed continent), Furthermore, I am pushing the setting back in time to somewhere between 3000-7000 years prior to 'current' events. If there are any questions or assistance required commen or directly message me. Thanks for the interest and i hope to hear from you.

Hey... so I am seeking a new game to join, I come from the old days of first edition and have just started fifth, though am open to playing 3rd. I have a concept for a unique(ish) take on the Barbarian. Your campaign concepts sound intriguing. My influences are pre-sanitized fantasy, Frazetta, sexy sword and sorcery movies, Warren comics, anything wild, fund and spicy. My name is Justine Mara Andersen. Tell me what you need from me in this moment and I will try to provide it. Lastly, do I have to have familiarity with 3e rules, or can I function with familiarity with 1e and 5e?
