API hasn't worked in months

I'm subscribed to pro. My API in my main campaign hasn't worked in a long time. The only addon i was using at the time was monstedice. This is a screenshot of what it looks like. The API box isn't there. Clicking the restart button does nothing. Removing the addon does nothing. Can i please get a developper or mod to look into this? https://imgur.com/a/ojU5Qif

You should work through all the troubleshooting steps. You don't get to extensions until step 2. https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues It really looks like there is something simply preventing that part of the page from loading, so if you installed new security software, or had updates to that sort of thing around that time, that could be an issue. Browser security could possibly be an issue also. I think the NoScript addon can make things look similar until various things get enabled, but since you said you aren't using that addon, I suppose that isn't an issue.

You could try loading the page in a Private Browsing window. That can eliminate most browser extension issues. But if you want dev help, you'll need to fill out a Help Center Request . That will create a ticket, which will be assigned to a dev. I would suggest first going through the steps Kraynic listed. They can eliminate many potential sources of the error, and the Console log from Step 4 can really help the devs diagnose your issue. Good luck!
the technical steps didnt work. i have no anti virus. i turned off my extensions. i cleared my cashe. It still doesn't work. I'm using google chrome on windows 10.

Did you do all the steps, including trying another browser, collecting the console logs, and submitting a ticket with those logs?

Andrew R. said: You should do what Aaron asked in your other thread. Ditto on this. You likely have corruption on the page that only a dev or trained coder can unravel. Having the Aaron offer to give you a hand is like Superman swooping in. Barring that, you need to file a Help Center Request . Posting on the forums will not gain the attention of a dev, and moderators cannot help you with this. The current mod crew only moderates to forums, they do not provide technical support.
Yeah i did all those steps, i have no extensions, i downloaded firefox and it does the same thing. I have 0 anti virus on my computer. i even did a windows update. nothing works. It does however work on my mobile phone.
