Making letters to send to players

In the help video it shows the caster sending what looks like a letter as a message to his players. Is there a program or website that has like input text onto a letter so I can use this idea to transfer information to the players. Looks and feels really cool.

Could you link which video you are referencing (and a timepoint so I dont have to scan through it)? I can tell you what she used. - Gauss
The screencast for GMs at like 6:50. It is a stock image he uses but I was curious if there was somewhere that had a way to make your own.
Not sure, but you could use LibreOffice, GIMP or any number of others to do it manually, and quite quickly. (I could show you how to do so in either Libre or Gimp, could also do it in Blender but doing it there would take much longer)

Matthew, there are still a number of videos you could be referencing. Without a link I am not sure which one you are talking about. :) - Gauss
It is in the main video that the website uses for the tour, also called the GM overview video. I would also like to know how to get that note image
You can find the exact picture the video uses if you search for note in the token search, but I was more interested in making notes to send to players, maybe like new orders from their general or etc. Asaram, if you could just walk us through the general feel of how to do it, that would be awesome!

Thank you Jeremiah, now I know which video he is referencing. There are a number of videos that have been made recently and I wasnt sure which one he was referring to. - Gauss
Well, the basics are fairly simple. Find or make a paper texture (there are tons of these available online) and add it to the bottom. (if you're using libre office or similar you set it as a background, then change the page settings so you have no margins, that way it will stretch to the entire page). Then you just write using a suitable font (or you could do it by hand, if you're using GIMP/Ulead and so on). Now you have that much, but the text will, most likely, be very clear and dark. We want it to look a bit more like proper text, so here it diverges a bit. If you're using LibreOffice, add the same texture again, this time as an image, set it as "float above" for the text, then stretch to cover the entire page, now go into it's properties and change it to about 30% opacity. If you're in GIMP or similar, change the text layer to, say, 60% opacity and add a slight blur to it. Now you should have a note. It takes roughly ten minutes to make one when you start out, it becomes a lot less as you learn where everything is and how to use it. Was that roughly what you were after Matthew? :) It's a very simple process really.
or, just open the "paper" image in paint/photoshop and type on it. you can center it or whatever. you trying to make it look real?

@Nestor -- That is very cool, thanks for the link. I will use this super easy letter generator until they make it not free.
