Not really. You can have a little success by popping out the character sheet into its own window, resizing and maybe printing or saving to a PDF format. But Roll20 really isn't designed for it.
Aargh and now I'm wondering if there's a way to push all of a character sheet's attributes to a handout with integrated CSS for print formatting... It'd have to be on a per-character-sheet setup and take a lot of work, and it'd only be available to Pro... so now I'm wondering if you could develop a browser plugin...
Plugin would seem to be the best method. You'd need a way of pulling the html and css from the sheet, in addition to the data, unless you were going to write something very, very specific.
I just experimented with it. Open the sheet in a window, and Print Page. It will only print the page you are looking at, so you may have to switch around to get it all.
If you fill the need to have a copy, you can always pop it out then right click and save as a webpage complete. This should save all the current data and layout onto your computer. I just tested it and it seemed to work for me. It's not a printed sheet but it is still a copy.
There is a suggestion for printing character sheets, and there are a number of suggested workarounds throughout that thread: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1242365/print-character-sheets" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1242365/print-character-sheets</a>
