[LFG] NEW PLAYER, D&D5e, Weekly game

Hello there! I'm a new player to DnD, It has always looked fun to me and I want to try it out now that we are in the Corona times. My time zone GMT +1 and I would prefer games run during the weekends since I go to school on normal weekdays. The class that stood out most to me are the Wizard. I like the classics wizard archetypes of old wizened men and arrogant elven lords. But I'm up to play whatever.   **IMPORTANT** - I don't want to start playing at 2 AM so please make sure you can start a game at around 5 - 8 PM GMT +1 (11AM - 2 PM EST) What I'm looking for in a campaign. Newbie Friendly A little bit of roleplay Adventure and loot People who want to play for fun. Things that won't work for me. E-RP ( makes me uncomfortable) Tryhards.

Hi Mikael and Linconi, I have a group that has 2 players already in it, looking to start a campaign. We're in the Eastern US Time Zone. We were looking to start this Wednesday at 7:30 or 8 PM Eastern, does this work for you? Thanks, Charles

nope i work 2nd so weekdays i can only do late night after 11:30 pm haha, and then anytime on sundays

Yeah I think I would have a difficult time keeping that schedule. If you could go much earlier at around 2 PM I would be able to attend but that might be incompatible with your schedule.

Thanks Mikael. I'm apparently learning that there is a shortage of Roll20 DMs in England... My group is probably looking at weekday nights in the Eastern US Standard time. Wednesday is probably best for us. Good luck finding a group. Thanks, Charles
