Lost newbie in need of help with character sheet

I feel stupid. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make a character sheet. I've watched the dang tutorials, and managed to create a game which it told me to do but I'm still stuck. I feel like I'm missing something. I've been at this for days now. (Literally) It shouldn't be this hard!! I even know which one I'm looking for (5e) but I can't get into any of them. And I have a character sheet in real life I just want to input so I'm not a complete newb. Can someone help me before I give up for good? (It's probably something really effing easy and I will laugh about this one day but not today.)

When you created the game did you tell it which character sheet you wanted to use in the game. If not then go to the game home page, but don't launch the game, and there should be a settings cog you can go to which gives you access to the default settings for the game.&nbsp; In there you can pick a character sheet, or change one if you don't like the one you chose, remember to scroll down and save any setting you change. Go back to the games home page and launch the game, then in the journal tab you should be able to click the Add button to add a character, name and save the character and then you should have access to three tabs, a Bio and Info tab, a Character Sheet tab, and an Attributes and Abilities tab.&nbsp; The character sheet tab will open up a blank character sheet. If you have a character in another game that you want to transfer to your new game then you will need to do it through the character vault, import it to the vault and then export it to the desired game.

Thank you both Andreas J and Oenanthe, Andreas I did know that but I needed more info.&nbsp; Oenanthe, your info did the trick. I've finally found it and begun. Now I need to go watch some more tutorials because it doesn't let me fill it out completely by hand in some areas.&nbsp; I'm going to blame my wisdom score of 10 and go eat some crayons now. (The jarheads will get that joke.) Honestly though, some of this stuff really isn't user friendly. Is that by design to keep non-serious people out? Asking for a friend. Now I need to go watch some more tutorials because it doesn't let me fill it out completely by hand in some areas.&nbsp; It depends on what sheet you are using.&nbsp; Since some attributes on a character sheet are derived from others, a lot of sheets will automate the calculation of the secondary attributes.&nbsp; When this is done, they usually aren't editable, since the sheetworker scripts would overwrite any manually entered value anyway.&nbsp; Instead of watching videos that may or may not be up to date, you might want to check out the wiki on this site or the Help Desk and see if there is an article on the sheet you are using.

There is a learning curve to DMing on Roll20.&nbsp; I recommend the tutorial series by YouTuber CrashGem as it is fairly recent.&nbsp; Fortunately, you can always get more crayons after a bit of stress eating...unfortunately, they might not be as tasty as those you get from Hollywood.

Lord, I don't want to DM here. I can barely manage that IRL. I just want to be a player for a change.&nbsp; And I didn't know there were fancy crayons. Though really, does Hollywood even count. ;-)&nbsp;
