+add button missing on jukebox

On the jukebox the +add button seems to be missing. I have turned off extensions and refreshed page, tried several browsers and done all the normal stuff I have seen suggested in similar issues I found in the support forum. Is there anything else I can try?  Picture pasted below of issue
