You've agreed to take a series of quests from an inn on the road to a town called Oakroot, the Yawning Portal. You've been called to it by the vice mayor, who wants help in finding the leader of the town. He's an adventurer who left with his wife a few weeks ago and hasn't returned. You will be paid for each body you return. The Yawning Portal is an Inn built around a 40ftx40ft well, decorated with riches and display cases of that of which is held at the bottom of the well. It's ill-advised to explore without some experience, easy to get lost or killed in the twisting tunnels and unlit caverns. It's set in my own world, of which you will learn more about on the discord server. It will be played weekly and we shall discuss a time that is valid between everyone once everyone has joined. It will be a text-based game as well. In your application, please specify as to whether you've played Tales of the Yawning Portal before also your experience with DnD 5e.
