Ability to collapse the 'drop a file' box when editing handouts

This seems to me like it might be a very easy fix.   When you are editing a handout, the 'drop a file' box (below 'tags' and above 'description and notes') takes up a ton of space, and as near as I can tell there is no way to make that smaller.  As someone who does a lot of text editing when I am preparing for games, I'd like the ability to reclaim that screen real estate for my intended use.  I'd like to see a feature which allows us to collapse that portion of the edit dialogue box so that it isn't so large.  Bonus points if we could do that *after* we've uploaded a picture.

A worthy suggestion! I will have to scrounge through my votes and find one to redirect here. I would even go further and suggest a more radical redesign of the handout editing window, using a tabbed interface:
That's a great build on this idea.  I like the idea of the tabbed interface quite a bit.  This design would also fix the kludgey interface right now where we have redundant rows of text formatting buttons (one for description and notes, and one for GM notes).
