My D&D Beyond account is a week old. Victor (Cucub) got me up and running with other experienced players no problem. He answered questions patiently at the start when I was getting the hang of the new platforms, and by the end of the adventure I could pretty much play my turn without prompts. We did a 3 hour one-shot that was a great mixture of combat, role-play, and problem-solving. This was the perfect way to get back into the game after a long time away.
