How exactly do I use Rollback

Hi, Something weird has happened to one of my maps in my Curse of Strahd game. The players cant see it(it's just a "blast of white", but I can. Is this a broadcast problem or should I rollback the game? Assuming, I have to rollback, how exactly do I do it? Apparently there is a button, but I can't see it. I have gone pro. Thanks in advance for your help Cheers Dave

Your account still shows Plus, check on https://app.roll20.net/account/ that you show as Pro under Account Type & Subscription. Once you have Rollback, it will appear under Settings on the Game Details Page (right below Clear Chat Archive and Delete Game), named "Roll Back Game"). Choosing it will open a popup with a drop down showing the instances you can roll back to. The granularity is by days and it should have the last 7 days. That said though, if the issue is a single map, it might be better to create a new game based on Curse of Strahd, then delete the problem map page in your existing game and use the Pro Perk Transmogrifier to just copy in that map from the new game.

You say you have gone Pro, but your badge still shows a Plus membership. Once you get that squared away, the instructions are here. https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039715753-Game-Management#GameManagement-RollBackGame Make a complete copy of the game before executing the rollback. I have read reports of rollbacks very rarely being unsuccessful or making things worse.
Thanks I got my pro and pluses mixed up. OK, I have rolled back the game by a week and nothing has changed. Any ideas? :)

The Aaron's solution of making a second game and using the transmogrifier to import a clean copy of the map is a really good idea. https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037774433-Transmogrifier
