We are a group of 6 players, The DM and 1 player can see everyone and we (the other 4) can see them, but we cannot see each other. The only situation in wich on of us can see the others is if the masters cannot see him/her
Do you all have sufficient bandwidth to be sending and receiving 5 video feeds each? Note that you are sending 5 separate video feeds, one to each of the other players, so a high upload data speed is required with your ISP.
I Need to check, but with other programma like Zoom or Discord I have no problems. Also, like I said, of I'm not able to see the DM I can see the other 4 players fine

Also, like I said, of I'm not able to see the DM I can see the other 4 players fine Both zoom and discord send your video to a central server, and then it gets distributed to the other players. With roll20, it uses something called webRTC, and that sends your video separately to each player - so it requires more uplink bandwidth. The other thing to check is if you are all using the same browser type (all firefox or all chrome). I've read somewhere that webRTC between different browser types could be an issue.
WebRTC Troubleshooting test linked on the thread on the site. During games I'm currently using Firefox, I downloaded Chrome just to make the test, but haven't tried it in game.
