Modify Skills in character sheet not permitting reordering

In my character sheet, I have a number of "Advanced Skills", and I want to reorder them to group related skills. When I click "Modify", drag handles appear at the left of each skill, and the mouse cursor changes to a nwse-resize which I interpret to mean I should be able to drag them around, but dragging doesn't actually do anything at all that I can see. I am using Chrome 87.0.4280.88.

Just upgraded to 87.0.4280.141, can confirm it is still behaving this way.

What character sheet are you using? That can be a critical piece of information. Also, if the sheet is popped out in its own window, that breaks a lot of functions including reordering the repeating sections.  Make sure it is still embedded in the vtt to reorder sections, then pop it back out when you are done.

It's the Dark Heresy sheet. I'll try docking it :-)
