Players intermittently can't hear other players' audio

Everyone's bandwidth is fine, everyone's setting are fine. Not using deprecated system. 5 players including the DM (myself). Occasionally one of my players wouldn't be able to hear one of the other players, but would be able to hear the rest. This happened a few times. Is there a solution for this?
The official response will be to check the audio troubleshooting guide or even send in a log when this happens. But if you go through the history on the forums, this problem has been going on for years and it seems most users deal with it by using Discord, Skype, etc. for voice. It's a shame really. I put up with too (and it's a by-the-minute issue) with all of us having to re-connect in Roll20 several times every hour.

I did check it, which is why I came to the community. Thank you for your response. Discord was my next step.
RTC in Roll20 is, pardon the expression, a complete shit show.  I've have been in about 5 games that tried to use it for voice or voice/video and trying to get everyone connected to each other was always a major hassle and frequently just plain impossible.  It's very finicky about which browser each players uses and doesn't handle any internet connection hiccups gracefully.   As Johnny said, virtually every game running on Roll20 uses Discord or an alternative like it instead of the built in voice chat.  One added benefit to Discord is your players can stay connected through downtime if they want and it's easy for the GM to communicate with the group outside of session when needed.
