Dynamic lighting is not showing for my token

Playing DL for the first time, the keeper is putting tokens on the map, all other players get the DL map displaying and all their stats on their tokens. My character is unable to show stats on his token and also a map where my token is placed is completely black. Tried different browsers, removing any extensions, reconnecting, relogging and still the same. Setup on my character is the same as everyone else. Any ideas?

Verify that the token is set up correctly by checking the actual token as placed on the map. If using DL, your token needs: To represent a character you control Sight (or nightvision, if using UDL) A light to see by, either from an external source or emitted by the token itself. This is likely to be something only your game master can check. Players lack the permissions to control these settings.
