Text drag and drop working for everyone EXCEPT GM?

So... I've recently been toying with importing various different information (spells, weapons, etc.) from external text files to character sheets. I recently came up with something that seems like it will work for me and my players, and it involves highlighting and dragging text from a handout or from the chat window into a field of the character sheet. I didn't even know Roll20 had this capability until I played around with it, but you can indeed highlight text in a handout or in Chat and drag it to some other text field... awesomeness.  But when logged in as the GM, it doesn't work for some reason, even though when I re-login as a player in the same game it works flawlessly. As GM, the behavior looks the same as for the player... when dragging, a translucent icon of the text follows the mouse to where you want to drop it.  But then when you release the mouse button as GM, nothing happens... while, for a player, the text automagically appears where you placed it. Is this a security thing to protect me from myself, or do I have something set weird in my GM settings? Thanks in advance! AB

Has anyone encountered this?  Or should I head to the bug submission forum instead?

I had no idea that worked. Have you tried ctrl-C and ctrl-V?

Those work, of course.  I'm just wondering why the players can drag and I can't, and if there's a setting to change that.

My guess is that it is unintended or that it is the result of a bit of code they are working on that isn't supposed to be live yet.  I can replicate this by rejoining as a player in one of my games and also in a game in which I am only a player.  Adding myself with specific edit permissions to a sheet doesn't seem to change the behavior as a GM, so I'm not sure there is a setting that affects that behavior at all.  Which leads me back to thinking this is unintentional.
Text drag & drop is a general feature of text handlers. So you can drag & drop from a website into some text apps and some text apps into website input fields. However a website can override drag & drop behaviour; so I'm guessing when logged in as a GM some drag & drop handler is preventing the default behaviour

Thanks, folks, for confirming it's not just me or my settings.  I'll post this to the Bug area of the Forums to try to see if it's intentional or not.
