New Pro User. Need Help.

Hello, I have recently subscribed to Roll20 Pro, and I'm having an issue where I can't get my players to see what they need to see. I am 100% sure it's an issue with my lack of understanding, but regardless I would greatly appreciate any help I could get. I have tried the reveal tool, as well as allowing tokens to have vision and no matter what I have tried my players just see black squares where they're supposed to see the map. I apologize for wasting your time if this is me just being an idiot, but I can't figure it out. 

Hello Haemon, welcome to the Pros. One thing to check is: ensure both your maps and the player tokens are using the same lighting system. There are presently two lighting systems right now and they don't play well, if at all. So you might be giving the player tokens vision in one system and using the maps in another. Another problem might be you have dynamic lighting turned on and none of your players have lights.  Idle speculation and conjecture on my part but figured I would give you my two cents for what it's worth.

This might be a bit much to ask, but if I created a new game with the dnd 5e module I want to use and added you on discord; provided you have a discord account. Would you be willing to join a call with me and walk me through setting up the game and tokens properly so that my players can see what they're supposed to and vice versa for what they're not supposed to see.
