LFG - experienced AD&D player and DM

Hi everyone (first post in this forum). Nice to be here! A little about me: I am an experienced 1e and 2e DM (with all the required books) who'd like to get on the other side of the screen. Preferred world is the Forgotten Realms but would like to explore more. Keen on rich campaigns with a focus on story rather than hack n slash (although it is a lot of fun!) I would prefer evening games (PST) with a preference to weekends - but of course, am flexible. If anyone is looking to add to their group, please let me know!

Good introduction of yourself. I hope to get in some games with you. I'm working on a kind of "mass game" for the Tavern group itself. The idea would be like an "open table" for the membership here, which is around 100 people. It would be like a first-come, first-served game... or a come-and-go-as-you-please game. I don't know if something like this will work. It will be an experiment. I'm working on a large map background to be our playing surface for this campaign idea. So I will let you know (and everyone in the group) when it is ready for playing. As well, I'm a Player in another campaign that might need a new player in August, so I'll let you know about that also, if-when the opportunity comes open.
