Journal Sheet to Front on Click

Often while prepping and sometime in-game, I and my players have the experience that clicking on a handout or character sheet in the Journal does nothing because the sheet is already open but is entirely obscured by another open sheet. I see it has been requested  before  that clicking on an open handout or character sheet would bring it to the front. That is my request as well in hopes it gets sufficiently many votes this time around.
