Unable to Drag & Drop Map Pieces or Tokens From Pc

Ok so since I built my new pc back last Feb.(2020), I have not been able to drag and drop map pieces from the marketplace, or any tokens. Mind you I download the map pieces to my pc, and the tokens i make myself. I used to be able to drag and drop from my pc to my Roll20 game. Now it just gives me the circle with the slash through it. I use Chrome, i cleared the cache, checked my firewall... and made sure there is no extensions on chrome. I can go through the upload button and pull it, but i can't drag and drop the file in the upload box either. It is a bit frustrating and i hope others have some clue. Thanks in advance.

Ok, so it opens in Firefox and i can move things from my pc to my game via drag and drop.... ty for that... now to figure out why firefox will and chrome will not lol i appreciate the tip.

In Chrome, try using a private browsing window. That may rule out most extension conflicts.

Not sure then. I use a Mac, so my ability to suggest solutions may be limited. I do drag from the desktop to both of these without issue.

I reinstalled Chrome and it seems to work now. I was trying to avoid that but, you know sometimes there is no choice. I do greatly appreciate the ideas and tips though. Thank you both
