Ready to upload a character sheet.

I have a Gitbhub account and so on and have used it before, but I just need some help. My Shadowrun 2E character sheet is ready to be uploaded, but how do I make sure that it is seperate from the other 2E sheet in there.  For example, when you create a game and select a character sheet to use sometimes there are multiple to select from?  So when you create a 2E game the list might say, Shodorwrun2ESheet or Shadowrun 2e Alternative? I hope that makes sense.
