The spin is very sensitive. It has to-do with the scroll-speed of your mousewheel, trackpad, or otherwise. You CAN (could) go into your Mouse settings and make one swipe of the wheel to send much-much-fewer/slower scrolls. Might be called "Scroll speed setting" on your OS or mouse settings. No one does this as a practical matter because you use your scroll-settings in so many other places too. Just saying, that is the mouse-wheel-input that is being recieved by the Rotater, the same as the number of "lines" that you would scroll down a webpage with the same flick-of the mouse wheel. Best bet is probably just Mouse Wheel as gently and slowly as possible, like 1 tiny notch. Or, keep spinning and letting go until you eventually land on the desired rotation. Or, rotate the graphic with the "Handle" instead of with the E+scrolling method. I'm not entirely sure if this is how it's always been, or changed at some point many months ago. It's been rotating this fast for at least a year that I can remember.
