Rotating Bug

I found a the exact same bug reported but since it was over a year old I have to create a new post for it.  When I try to rotate using the "E + Mouse Wheel" my token starts to spin.  I don't have any control over how to stop it.  If I push "ALT + E + Mouse Wheel" it slows down but I still can't put it exactly where I want it like I used to.  Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

I'm not able to reproduce this.... do you have any API scripts running? Or a sentient mouse?

The spin is very sensitive.  It has to-do with the scroll-speed of your mousewheel, trackpad, or otherwise.  You CAN (could) go into your Mouse settings and make one swipe of the wheel to send much-much-fewer/slower scrolls.  Might be called "Scroll speed setting" on your OS or mouse settings. No one does this as a practical matter because you use your scroll-settings in so many other places too.  Just saying, that is the mouse-wheel-input that is being recieved by the Rotater, the same as the number of "lines" that you would scroll down a webpage with the same flick-of the mouse wheel. Best bet is probably just Mouse Wheel as gently and slowly as possible, like 1 tiny notch.  Or, keep spinning and letting go until you eventually land on the desired rotation.  Or, rotate the graphic with the "Handle" instead of with the E+scrolling method. I'm not entirely sure if this is how it's always been, or changed at some point many months ago.  It's been rotating this fast for at least a year that I can remember.
Thanks Guys!!!  Gold you were right it was the number of lines on the mouse wheel.  I fixed it.
