Sidebar blocking access to buttons

I'm not sure what happened but my side bar icons have cut off the top of the side bar itself preventing them from being accessible. This only happens when I am running the GM load out. This only seems to occur in Chrome. Attached is an image of what I am seeing. I have followed the instructions for trouble shooting and nothing seems to have worked. Has anyone seen this before?    

Hmmm, the minimum width on that bar seems to allow for all the icons on mine, but that's on FF. Have you tried dragging the frame out a little wider? Does the settings icon pop back to the top row? edit - I can't actually get my window to do that, unless I switch the height property off on that icon bar. Are you running any extensions at all?

Fixed it. Looks like the fixed position option got turned on in the console somehow. I turned it off and everything seems normal now. Thanks for the help.
