Ability to roam players from page to page (as Dm enable it)

First sorry for my englis, im not a natve speaker. What i try to suggest is an ability, like in the foudry. You can enable some pages to be accasable to players w/o the Dm in this way you can make sooo many creative things, like map for a region (i man a realy map not the actual one), players can go buildings in and out or some strategic planning in some games before battle. If this can added to tokens (or something) witch can autoswich to the new area will be more better =), traps, bigger maps etc..
