Dragon Heist - NPC rolls never whisper

So I have changed the default settings of the game to never whisper but players still can't see the npc rolls. Is there a way to change so that all npc rolls are visible?

This seems like the wrong forum but I've run into this before. When you change the game settings anything that was in keeps the settings from before. Below is a screenshot of the thing to change. Update whisper rolls to GM to never and that should fix it. You will need to do that for every NPC / new creature you created before you changed the settings on the game. B

At the bottom of the settings tab in game, there should be a button to apply the defaults.  Hit that and wait for it to be done.  Changing the default whisper setting outside of the game should affect everything created after, but anything set up previously will need to either be changed manually, or through the apply default settings button in game.
