Armor class not syncing for new tokens

So as I understand it, Roll20 broke character sheets with autocalulating. Will they ever fix this or can I just not use sheets that are easy for players and also will I now have to completely redo my dozens of monsters and NPCs that use character sheets?

(Assuming you're talking about having made a custom sheet by yourself, and ended up using autocalc in some places) Are you refereing to the fact that auto-calc fields can't be referenced in token bars? AFAIK, that's always been the case, and the solution have been to use sheetworkers to edit all or those specific fields. In general, it's recommended to use sheetworkers instead of autocalc when creating/editing sheets, due to this anda couple of other problems relating to autocalc. https://wiki.roll20.net/Auto-Calc https://wiki.roll20.net/Sheetworkers#Sheet_Workers_vs._Auto-Calculating_Fields:_Which_should_I_use.3F

Autocalc fields could be synced to tokens for years, but this broke last year at some point. In the long run, and for many reasons, it would be best if all sheets moved to using sheetworkers, IMO, but there are many custom sheets using autocalc fields where they won't be updated soon, if ever. Hopefully Roll20 can restore this functionality.
