All three of us are paid subscribers.... A couple things you can do. The first is to work through the troubleshooting steps. The last step is to put all the info together from the previous steps and submit a ticket through the Help Center. Anything submitted through the Help Center should end up being directed to the right person to be able to do anything about the issue. https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues The other thing would be to actually post in the thread that was started by the devs for issues with UDL. It is pinned at the top of this Bug Reports forum, and gets occasional Roll20 activity. Even if you post there, you should submit the ticket, or at least post all the troubleshooting info there, because it may be some specific hardware or something that experience this. You aren't the only one, but it certainly isn't everyone, so the more info they can get to pinpoint the issue, the sooner (hopefully) it will be corrected.
