Importing Dungeondraft maps

I just got Dungeondraft and I'm looking to import the maps I make on that onto roll20. I found the roll20 grid preset but a 55x40 map using the jpeg format is still too big. Is there a way to still import it without losing (too much) of the quality?

First, this should be in the forum for how to use Roll20. This forum is for marketplace products. Maybe a mod can move it? https://app.roll20.net/forum/category/19 How large is your map in MB? When I exported a JPG from Dungeondraft in those dimensions, it was 1.7 MB, well within the 5MB limit for a Basic account. I would suggest the following export settings: Type: JPG Image Quality: 90 Grid: No Image PPI: 70 When you save a file, place the dimensions in squares in the filename. Then you know how big to set the page dimensions in Roll20. Snap the image to the corners of the page, and you are done.

You will likely get a warning when setting a map to that size. If you are not using Dynamic Lighting, and don't plan to put hundreds of tokens on the board, you are probably safe. You can slice a map into smaller pieces in an image editor and then assemble them next to each other on Roll20 to make very large maps. This is likely not a good idea to try too often, but with the above caveats, it should be OK. I run a campaign with battles that regularly take place on a 232 x 172 town map with no DL, without issue. The map is assembled from 6 pieces.
