Unlinking Monsters

I've searched the older posts about unlinking monsters from sheets so that I can adjust HP on individual tokens, but I keep finding older posts. The posts link to a wiki page that gives instructions based on an older version of roll20 an I'm a bit lost on where the option is to unlink in the current version. There's also a very real possibility that I'm just blind as I'm still pretty new to roll20. Thank you!
When you open the token settings menu there is a drop down list of character sheets. It's called "Represents Character" just click that and find "None/Generic Token". If you set the token as the default token on the character sheet itself you will need to unlink it there as well.

The trick you are looking for is not to unlink the token, but unlink the HP bar. Set your token up as you like. Link the bar of your choice to HP. Then unlink that bar. The linking fills the bar with the proper values. The unlinking breaks the connection of that bar to the HP value on the sheet, but keeps the numbers. Now (last action), set the token to be the default token for that sheet. It will now represent the given monster, but have an independent HP total.
