Lost Mine of Phandelver 2.0 Update - No Sildar? Conyberry, Agatha’s Lair, Old Owl Well or Wyvern Tor

I noticed that in the new update to LMoP, you’ve updated the player tokens (yay!) but we still don’t have any of the key townspeople in Phandalin (Toblin, Qelline, Harbin, Linene, Halia, Darren, Sister Garele) who are quest-givers and whom characters interact with multiple times throughout the adventure). You’ve even got Sildar Hallwinter as a red text token .  Even your own social media person in a Q&A on this release said, “ Who DOESN’T have a story about their experience with Sildar ?” I was most excited about the potential for maps of the missing quest locations for Conyberry/ Agatha’s Lair, Old Owl Well and Wyvern Tor. However, these are still not available in this update. There are battles that take place in these locations, so we need these for our players.

Do any of these assets have associated artwork included in the print edition? If not, there's nothing Roll20 can do, contractually. With very few specific exceptions, they cannot introduce new artwork.
They do not. Neither does the print edition have player character art, or a map for the goblin ambush, which, thankfully, this edition includes . What is happening here is that it has been recognized that the nature of the virtual tabletop requires these items in order to play the module. However, it’s still falling short.

I think we got special permission for that map, simply because you are right, it is needed. It's tough working under a licensed IP. You don't always have the freedom you'd like.
