I have an issue with my headphone. I use an JBL Bluetooth BTNC 750, but if I use it with my build-in Bluetooth I hear only robot voices and can hardly understand what the other players are telling. If I use a Bluetooth dongle (from my work), then I don't have this issue, but then I have the problem that my headphone doesn't register Roll20 as an active source and after 20 minutes it shuts down automatically, so I then need to restart the headphone and wait till it's connected again. To solve this "shut down" problem, I play a live stream on YouTube and turn the sound to a minimum, resolving into a background sound only to me that still is distractable. If I turn the sound completely off in YouTube, then I have the problem again that my headphone doesn't register any activity. Is there a way to solve this?
