GM map goes black when unselecting a Token

Hi, I just set up Dynamic Lighting on my game, and tested it with a player and it works fine for him, but on my side, I need to select a Player's Token and press Ctrl+L to see anything that isn't a Player's token, including my Background/Map Layer, GM Layer, Dynamic Lighting Layer and NPC/Monster Tokens. I tired changing the DM Opacity meter and it didn't do anything. As soon as I change my layer, or click a spot on the map, such as pinging, it turns black. The feature works fine on another screen where I don't have the players token yet. It also seems intermittent, as I went back and forth to get screenshots and it seems to be working fine now,,,, but i can't get into player-vision anymore (Ctrl+L). Would there be a fix so that if it happens on my game night I can make sure to have it working all right? Thanks in advance.

Ctrl-L doesn't really do what most folks think it does (including some bits of documentation). It is primarily used for checking Line of Sight, and does not give a true representation of the token's vision experience. For that I would suggest using a  Dummy Account  to give it the acid test.
